Refund Policy

1. Free First Week

New MyHoodClean subscriptions include the first week free. You will not be charged during that period. Unless you cancel before the free week ends, your paid subscription will begin automatically at the price shown when you subscribed.

2. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Refund Requests

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. However, we will review refund requests made within 7 days of a charge when:

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Partial Periods

We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused days in a subscription period, account inactivity, or features you choose not to use, except where required by applicable law.

5. Account Termination

If we terminate your account for violating our Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund. If we discontinue the Service and you have prepaid for time after the shutdown date, we will refund the unused prepaid portion.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email myhoodclean@gmail.com with the email address on your account, the charge date, and a short explanation of your request. We may ask for additional information needed to locate and review the charge.

7. Your Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable U.S. federal or state law.
